📦 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mannah Foods, we are committed to delivering freshly made sweets, cakes, and namkeens across India with care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

All our products are made to order. Therefore, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.

However, we reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or description errors
• Issues with order information

If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Order Modification

Once an order is placed, no modifications can be made to the existing order, as preparation begins promptly after confirmation.
However, customers may:

• Place a new order for additional items, or
• Contact our customer support team immediately via WhatsApp (+91 90031 90039) or Email (care@mannahfoods.com)

If the original order has not yet been processed, we may, at our discretion, merge the orders and dispatch them together. This is not guaranteed and is subject to timing and product availability.

3. Return Policy

For hygiene and food safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• If any item is not delivered, a refund will be processed for that item.
• If we cancel your order from our end, a 100% refund will be initiated.

Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment (card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days of approval.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Taste preferences
• Late deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address
• Unattended or missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
