1. Delivery Schedule
We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Chennai: 1 to 2 Business Days
- Rest of Tamil Nadu (ROTN): 2 to 3 Business Days
- Rest of India (ROI): 3 to 4 Business Days
- Remote Locations: Up to 8 to 9 Business Days
Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Product dimensions
- Delivery destination
The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout and included in the total payable amount. This is the final amount payable for shipping and no additional charges will be collected at the time of delivery.
3. Stock Availability & Order Fulfilment
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- In case an item is out of stock, we will:
- Hold the order and wait until the item is available, or
- Contact you to choose between waiting, replacing the item, or receiving a refund.
- If part of your order is available, we will dispatch the available items and notify you of the remaining item's status.

6.2 Lost in Transit
If your order does not arrive and is marked lost by the courier:
